Ex art 13 G.D.P.R. n. 679/16 and provisions in force

In implementation of EU Regulation no. 679/16 provides users with the following information:

• Data protection officer: not appointed as the data processing is not carried out in case of ex art. 37 GDPR 679/2016
• Purposes of the processing to which the personal data are destined: monitoring of the areas of access to corporate buildings, for security and asset protection purposes.
• Legal basis of the processing: legitimate interest for reasons of security and protection of assets.
• Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data: the data can be transferred to public entities entitled to request them, or judicial authority and public security.
• The controller's intention to transfer personal data to a third country: it does not exist, since the data will not be transferred outside the EU.
• Authorized processing subjects: the data can be processed exclusively by the legal representative or authorized technicians, who can carry out activities related to the processing of the data, for the pursuit of the indicated purposes.
• Period of storage of personal data: 7 days from the moment the images are detected. After this term the images will be deleted with the overwriting of new images.
• The interested parties are informed of the existence of the right to request the data controller to access the images and the rights, where applicable, governed by the articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 679/16.
• The interested parties are informed of the existence of the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Authority).
• The processing of data is necessary for the purposes indicated, the refusal to process involves the impossibility for the interested party to access the company offices.
• The cameras are appropriately signaled with appropriate signs, affixed before the relative radius of action, in compliance with the provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 April 2010.
